How Pricing Tiers Work
When a patient enters their email at checkout, OpticClose checks their order history. If they qualify for a tier, the discount is automatically applied. Tiers are mutually exclusive — the highest qualifying tier wins.
Example: "Returning Patient" tier → min 1 order → 10% off. "Loyal Patient" tier → min 5 orders → 15% off.
